Abstract:
Three parts were included in the present study and directed as follows: 1) First one, to study the biochemical changes observed after NSAIDs ( paracetamol , aspirin and libuprofen ) administration2) Second part discussed the biochemical effects resuled from certain heavy metal intake (iron, copper and lead) in experimental rats3) Third parts, dealing with workers exposed daily to such meta vapoursExperimental animal studyRats were classified into 3 main groups. Groups A and Group B were further subdivided into 5 subgroups und received the drugs as follows :Group A : utilized for acute study and classified as follows :1 a : received normal saline orally (served as control).2 a : received a single dose of paracetamol (540 mg/ Kg) body weigh orally.3 a : received a single paractamol dose as mentioned before, but the rats were previously supplied with zinc supplide (227 mg/l) in the drinking water for 24 hoursI4 a : received a single dose of aspirin (540 mg/Kg ) body weight, (I.P)5 a : received u single dose of ibuprofen (440 mg/Kg) body weight, orally .
