Synthesis and pharmacoloigcal study of some new Arylpropionic Acid Derivatives

A general survey of the different pharmacological activities and the chemistry of some anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic drugs is presented.A detailed discussion for the experimental results attained with an adequate interpretation is advanced.Moreover, some of the new compounds were subjected to preliminary pharmacological testing as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-pyretic and the data obtained are summarized.The present investigation involves the synthesis of the following new intermediates:1- ethyl 2- (2- fluorobiphenyl-4-yl) propionate.2- 2- (2- fluorobiphineyl -4-yl) propionic acid hydrazide.3- N’- [2-(2- fluorobiphy1-4-yl) propiony1] – n4 – pheny1 thiosemicarbazide.4- 3-[1-(2- fluorobipheny1-4-yl) ethyl] -4-pheny1-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiol.5- acetylacetone 2-(2-fluorbipheny1- 4-yl) propionic acid hydrazone.6- 2-(2- fluorbipheny1-4-yl) propiony1 chloride.
