Abstract:
SUMMARY AND CONCLCLSIONArrhythmias associated withreerfusion of ischemic myocardium be amajor progenitor for sudden cardisac death in man .In the present study an attempt was undertaken to investigate pharmacological interventions of gibenclamide , enalapril and aibenclamide in the concentration eves of 10-6 and10-5m gnificanty increased the number of premature ventricular intractions .In the three tested concentration levels ,,glibenclamide produced insignificant effect on the incidence of ventricular chycardia while by using the concentration levels of 10-6 and 10-5 M of the both incidence and onset of ventricular fibrillatin did not change significantly in the duration was significantly dercreased by using the concentration of the drug . By increasing the concentration of glibenclamide 10m the drug had completely prevented the development of reperfusion –induced ventricular librilation .
