Abstract:
Analgesics have become an integral part” of the therapy of pains . Since 1970, the number of new agents has become tripled and numerous anti-inflammatory groups are currently under investigation . As a class, the analgesics are among the most widely described agents in current practice, so, two analgesic drugs were chosen for this study, one is freely soluble inwater (nefopam hydrochloride) and the other one is slightly soluble in water (flufenamic acid).Nefopam hydrochloride is one of drugs acting centrally as non-narcotic analgesic , It is indicated for the relief of acute and chronic pain including post-operative pain and cancer painFlufenamic acid is another non-narcotic analgesic drug used for the relief of the less severe type of pain and it is effective in relief of gout, leprosy and rheumatoid arthritis .
