Synthesis of Fused Derivativies and other Heterocyclic Compounds of Pharmaceutical Interest

Fusedpyrrole-Heterocyclic Compounds.This dissertation comprises several findings that enrich chemical era , including thermolytic , synthetic as well as stereochemical aspects . Although 1,2-diazepines are a class of compounds that are not fully investigated either from synthetic or from pharmaceutical point of views, yet its synthetic pathway via thermolytic cleavage attracted our attention .Thus this work was performed as a trial to reinvestigate this pathway as it represents a new technique which could be applied in the future as a plan for synthesis of other new area of organic synthesis .Our work provides rational design of several nonclassical acridines. Valuable results were obtained. The new products were introduced as new antimicrobial agents which may be devoid of the undesirable side effects of previously reported acridines by applying new synthetic methods.
