Abstract:
Analysis of some Carbohydrates and its Application in Carbohydrate.The thises falls into the followig parts :Part 1 : General introduction : this part summarises the literature related to grapeseed oils , composition and analysis available up till nowpart 11 Results and disscussionThis part deals with the following items :a- Extraction of grapeseed oil and the determination of its physical and chemical constantsb- Fatty acids composition of grapeseed oil.c- Triglyceride structure ( Pattern ) of grapeseed oil.d- Unsaponifiable matter of grapeseed oil.part IV. Experimental.This part is subdivided into :a- Materials used ; including the methods used for the prepartion of grapeseed oil as well as the different fatty derivatives, such as fatty asid،s methyl esters, Triglycerides, mercurated esters .... etcb- Analytical methods ; describing in detail the different analytical methods used in this study
