Abstract:
The possible correlation between the analgesic , antipyretic and antiinflammatory effects of three non-addictive analgesics and their effects on brain monoamines , viz 5 - HT, noradrenaline and dopamine was studied .· .In this pha~~cobioohemical investigation, thepossible correlation between the analgesic, antipyretic and· antilnflammato~y sffects of three non-addiotive t\1l(l:Lgssics and their effects on brain monoamines, viz, 5 •. The former two drugs are related to the antipyretic analgesics. The latter oompound is a mild non-addlctlv$ analgesic, chemically related to methadone.
