Synthsis of certain Pyrazolodizines of expected physiological activity

Pyrazolodiazines-Physiological Activity.A brief survey of the versatile biological activities of pyrazolodiazines is represented .The methods used for the preparation of the key compound ; 3-amino-1-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one , as well as its reactions with certain substrates having 1,3-dielectrophilio centres is discussed .The present study involves the preparation of some unavailable starting materials and intermediates e.g. N,N-Bis[5-oxo-1-phenylpyrazol-3-yl] malonamide and 7-Amino-2,5-dioxo-1- phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine .
