Some Reaction Of Substituted Furocoumarins

Furocoumarins Derivatives.Jumary of THE ORIGINAL WORKIn the present investivestingetion some new furocoumsrin ceratives were synthesized ,Their reaction with hdra – zina hydrate and phenyl hydrazine was tudied . The photosenssitising and antibacterial activity of the new compounds was screened.The experimental section includes:I.Synthesis of six known intermediates:1. 5- Hydroxybergapten.2. 5-Hydroxyis opimpinelin.3. 5-Methoxy bergapten.4. 5- Methoxy is oimpinein.5. 3-[ 5-(4- Methoxy -6-hydroxy) benzofury)] -5-pyrazolone.6. 3- [5-(4,7- Dimethoxy -6-hydroxy) benzofuryl] -5- pyrazolone.
