Biophmacological studies on certain new Anticancer drugs

In this work two types of investigations have been performed namely a compartive bio-pharmacological study of two new anticancer drugs on some liver phosphatases of female Swiss albino mice under different pathological conditions and a pharmacological screening on some isolated organs . most of anticancer drugs in clinical use have a limited specifity towards tumour cells . Accordingly unpleasent side effects are usually encountered with cancer patients .These unpleasent side effects, in some individuals, are so severe that discontinuation of drud therapy have to be ordered . Recently two new anticancer drugs beloning to methanesulfonate of aminoglycols namely 3,3 (methylimino )di-1- propanol dimethanesulfonate (ester)diphenyl-disulfonate.
