Analytical Study of Tensides

In this work, a study of the ultraviolet spectrum of nonylphenol polyethoxylated adductc has been carried out and the wavelengths of maximum absorption at 223 nm and 276 nm have been chosen for the direct ultravioletSpectrophotometric determination of nonylphenol adducts.As a result of this investigation, the delta A-spectrophotometric technique has been carried out successfully for the determination of alkyphenols after cleavage of the polyoxyethlene moities . The technque not only as a selective procedure for the pure alkylphenols but also for the determination of the nonylphenol adducts after rupturing of the ether linkage with hydriodic asid.Different spectrophotometric meyhods of analysis involving the use of dichloroflurescein and cobalt thiocyanate have been also applied to the determination of ethoxylated adducts, and the results were statistically analysod
