The present investigation-is thought to emphasize on the role of certain tensides on drug mass transport pro¬cesses. In virtue of their unique physiological role and in view of a potential role in drug transport processes, bile salts have been the examples, considered. Whenever .bile salts are considered from a colloid-chemical point of view , the structural aspects, contributing to the properties of the it aggregate’s have to be taken account of.It would be important to consider the fact that simple bile salt micelles may have in mass transport processes capabilities very different from those of mixed micelles of the same bile salts.
