Synthesis of Certain indole-Derivatives of expected ant-inflammatory activity

Chemistry of Indole and 3-indoleacotic acid was reviewed.2-the Synthesis of 3-indolea cetamides and 3-indoleacetic acid esers was described-3-The different methods of Preparing the intermediate were thoroughly reviewed.The chemistry of indole and 3-indoleacstic acid was reviewed. In addition, a brief account was given tor the antiinflammatory activity of certain derivatives of 3-indoleacetic acid. The synthesis of 3~indoleace-tamidea and 3~in(loleacetic acid esters was described.
