Retrospective study of respiratory problems in neonates

This study was conducted as a retrospective comparative one including all RD babies admitted to neonatal intensive care units in Zagazig and Mansoura Children’s university hospitals from January 2009 to December 2009.from that study respiratory problems still account for high proportion of total admission in both NICUs ,this pattern was expected allover the university NICUs in Egypt.
