type II diabetes mellitus is a mulifactorial disease in which many aetiological factors can be incorporated including genetic factors,age,obesity,life style,hormonal disturbance,and others.from the predicting factors of type IIdiabetes mellitus insulin resistence can be considered to be the most important one.insulin resistence and hence insuline level are claimed to have a relation with sex hormone binding globulin level.
