Clinical Study of Relationship Between Organophosphates Insecticides Exposure and Allergic Asthma in Preschool children

some studied have found evidence that exposure to organophosphates -OPS-insecticides is correlated with higher rates of asthma.interleukin-4 plays an important role in allergic asthma. this work was carried out to evaluate the relationship between the immunomodulatory effects of environmental exposure to organophosphates insecticides and allergic asthma in preschool children through measuring plasma chlorpyrifos concentration.
