Abstract:
In conclusion, there was lack of IL-10 expression in the psoriatic plaques. The expression of IL-10 re-normalized through the treatment with NB-UVB phototherapy and/or topical corticosteroids. So that, IL-10 is believed to play central and important role in the pathogenesis of PS. Combined therapy of NB-UVB phototherapy and TCs was very effective treatment of moderate plaque PS.We recommend:• Further studies that evaluate the effect of IL-10 therapy as a prophylactic line during the remission period of PS.• Other studies that re-evaluate the combination of NB-UVB phototherapy and TCs in the treatment of PS.• Use the combined therapy of NB-UVB phototherapy and TCs in treatment of.
