detection of modifiable vascular risk factors in acute ischemic cerebral stroke among young adults

depsite the observed increase in incidence of ischemic cerebral stroke in young adults,there is a caucity of information regarding the prevalence of different risk factors in this age group.this study aimed at detection of modifiable vascular risk factors of acute ischemic cerebral stroke among young adults and to correlate these risk factors,peripheral inflammatory marker such as CRP and IL-6 and brain infarct volume with severity and outcome of ischemic stroke.
