Because the use of telescopy has increased in various surgical branches, so we recommend holding repeated educational programs to declare the new associated anesthetic problems and the anesthetic management of such cases especially in specific conditions such as pediatrics, cardiac, morbidly obese and pregnant patients.In conclusion, although telescopic surgical procedures have many surgical advantages but they added many new anesthetic problems over the open surgery. Therefore anesthetist should be familiar with these problems and able to overcome them to provide safe anesthesia.
