Abstract:
is a polygenic disorder occurring as a result of several environmental social and genetic influences. Hypertension is an increase in the blood pressure measurement more than 140/90 according to JNC VII classification and it’s considered the most wide spread disease. Hypertension is one of the principal causes of heart attack, stroke, congestive heart failure, and kidney failure. Essential hypertension is the type of hypertension occurs due to unknown causes. Study the role of WNK kinases in pathogenesis of hypertension. Study the role of hypertension in developing kidney diseases and the updates of hypertension management.
