Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to estimate the levels of ANCA & ACLA in sera of SLE patients and its relationship to:1-Morbidity factors of SLE.2-Co-morbidity factors of SLE e.g. pregnancy related complications.3-SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI).Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multi-system autoimmune disease that cytotoxic antibodies or circulating immune complexes give rise to tissue damage often resulting in end-organ disease. It’s also a major cause of morbidity and mortality in the young population.
