Possible Relation between Tumor Diameter, Myometrial invasion And Pelvic Lymph Node Involvement In Case Of Endometrial Cancer

The purpose of this study is to determine the possible relation between tumor diameter, myometrial invasion and pelvic lymph node involvement in case of endometrial cancer.This study suggested that pelvic lymph node dissection could be individualized by predicting PLN metastasis using a combination of tumor diameter and myometrial invasion as predictor.
