Role of anesthesiologist in Control of infectious diseases In operating theater

In this work we would like to review the infectious diseases which could be transmitted to patient in the practice of anesthesia, patient to patient, staff to patient as well as those could be transmitted to anesthetic staff during their job in operating room.Discuss the standard recommendations to help us in controlling such diseases through maintenance and sterilization of anesthetic machines, precautions with all equipment, body fluids, the use of antibiotics and the use of protective clothes.
