Abstract:
The Aim Of This Study Is To Assess The Impact Of Factors That Affect Graft Function And Survival In The Early Post Operiod. The Early Post Transplant Period Refers To The First 3 Post Transplant Months, During This Period, Should Ideally Be Followed By A Combined Surgical And Medical Team. Uncomplicated Patient Typically Leave The Hospital By The First Week And Has Prolonged Graft Function, But When The Serun Creatinine Level Slowly Decrease Or Show Plateau Level, The Transplanted Kidney May Be Exposed To Graft Rejection, Acute Tubular Necrosis Or Rephrotoxicity Which Can Be Differentiated By Graft Biopsy.
