Abstract:
The aim of this essay is the study of the molecular basis and its relation with diagnosis and prognosis of leukemia and lymphoma. Cytogenetic Analysis Of The Malignant Cells Of Patients With Hematological AMalignancies Has Contribted To Advances In Diagnosis Prognosis And Patient Management The Results Have Impinged On Treatment Leading To An Improved Outhook For A Significant Number Of Patients. The Development Of Molecular Cytogentic Techniques Has Overcome Some Of Liimitations Of G-banded Cytogenetic Analysis And Has Offered Opportunities To To UNCOVER aBNORMALITIES Not Be The Identifed By Conventional Methods Chromosomal And Genetic Probes Have Added A New Dimension To Chromosome Analysis Enabling The Detecion Of Subtle Chromosomal Changes In DND And RNA from Malignant Tissues And Extending Chromosome Analysis To Interphase Cells.
