Cardiac hemodynamic parameters improved after treatment with significant difference between the infected and control groups regarding ESV & SV while there was no significant difference in EDV,HR and COP. Portal flow volume increased after treatment in subgroups B and C (who received albumin infusion) more than subgroup A. Renal resistive index decreased after treatment in subgroups B and C (who received albumin infusion) more than subgroup A. Serum and ascitic NO levels decreased after treatment in subgroups B and C (who received albumin infusion) more than subgroup A. Serum and ascitic TNF levels decreased after treatment in subgroups B and C (who received albumin infusion) more than subgroup A.
