In this study, we aim to assess the role of color Doppler sonography, via the use of RI parameter, in detection of renal obstruction and differentiation between obstructive and non-obstructive hydronephrosis . We also aim to find a relation between the changes that may occur in vascular resistance and the degree of obstruction .
