Histological study of induced diabetes effect on the adrenal cortex ( zona glomerulosa ) of albino rat

Diabetes is a chronic serious disease that affects many organs in the body causing morphological and functional changes in these organs. Adrenl gland is one of these organs, so, the aim of this work is to study the effect of diabetes on the structure of albino rat zona glomerulosa cells of adrenal gland which may help in understanding the association of diabetes with decreased level of aldosterone hormone.
