Management of shoulder deformity secondary to obstetric brachial plexus palsy

This study was carried on 67 patients of several age groups suffering from shoulder deformity; these patients had been operated upon by several techniques to correct these deformities. The clinical deformities are one of the complications of the neurological deficits but the functional deformities are the most agonizing agent seeking to the medical advice which is divided into three groups: 1-Abduction insufficiency. 2- Internal rotation insufficiency.
