The aim of this work is to detect the presence of autoantibodies in the sera of the otosclerotic patients and to correlate them with the age, sex, duration of the disease and the type of hearing loss.These autoantibodies are:1- Native DNA (nDNA).2- Anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA).3- Thyroid microsomal antibodies (TMA).
