Aim Of The WorkThe Aim Of This Study Is To Evaluate Coronary Flow Reserve In Hypertensive Patients With And Without Left Ventricular Hypertrophy By Transesophageal Doppler Echocardiography During Pharmacologic Vasodilatation With Dipyridamole In Comparison With A Control Subjects And Determines The Relation Between The Severity Of Lv Hypertrophy And Coronary Flow Reserve.
