Abstract:
The objectives of this study are:1. To determine the incidence of C. trachomatis infection among the symptomatic male patients with non-gonococcal urethritis by detection of this organism in both urethral discharge and urine specimens.*Complete blood count. * Blood groupe * Blood glucose.*Liver function tests.*Kidney function tests.*Lipid profile. *CRP(quantitative). *Uric acid. *ESR. *Urine analysis for protein by urine strips. * abdominal ultrasonography.4-Special investigations including:-*Estimation of urinary albumin(microalbuminuria).the Results show that Microalbuminuria was present among 13.4 % and protienuria was present among 10.0 % of healthy blood donors.
