Pre- and post-operative evaluation of the ovarian swellings

This study is a simple attempt to give a good overview about the benign and malignant ovarian swellings by giving some data about:1- The classification of the ovarian swellings.2- The recent modalities and investigations for the early diagnosis of the ovarian swellings.3- Procedures of the preoperative workup.4- A plan for management according to the type and nature of the ovarian tumour.5- The postoperative follow-up.
