Abstract:
Bladder Cancer Is The 4 Common Cancer In Men And The Eighth Most Common In Women In USA, With TCC Comprising Nearly 90% Of All Primary Bladder Tumors. Although Most Patients Present With Superficial Bladder Tumors 20-40% Will Either Present With Or Develop Invasive Disease. (Jemal 2002) So Radical Cystectomy With Pelvic Iliac Lymphadenectomy Is An Idea Form Of Therapy For This Disease, As If Affectively Removes The Primary Bladder Tumor And The Regional Lymph Nodes That May Contain Metastases In Up To 25% Of Patients Undergoing The Procedure.Aim Of The WorkTo Assess The Feasibility And Outcome Of Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy With Urinary Diversion In Patients With Organ Confined Mucle-Invasive Carcinoma Of The Urinary Bladder.
