Outcome after surgical treatment /of intracranial aneurysms

There is an overall good outcome after surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysm and most of complications or poor outcomes are related to poor initial clinical presentation and the hazardus complications of subarachnoid hemorrhage and not due to surgery related complication or surgical technique. The aim of this work is to evaluate the outcome after surgical treatment of anterior circulation intracranial aneurysms.
