from this study, we gain the confidence with TIP urethroplasty as an ideal procedure for management of primary and recurrent hypospadias in distal and proximal types.- TIP urethroplasty has good cosmotic outcome with versitile technique can be easily learned and applied.The aim of this study is to apply the Snodgrass (TIP) urethroplasty for primary and reoperative hypospadias repair and compare our results with the previous reports.
