Abstract:
This study is conducted to discuss bacteriological characters, Genetic structure, different methods for detection either Phenotypically or genotypically, treatment outcome and risk factors for mortality of methicillin resistant staphylococci and extended-spectrum ß lactamase producing organisms for limiting its emergency in hospital acquired infections.MRSA and ESBL being the most dangerous pathogenes causing hospital acquired infections the most accurate methods for their detection is genetic methods for their diagnosis.
