AIM OF THE WORK: Improvement of the outcome of type II diabetic patients as a consequence of improving quality of the management plan.OBJECTIVES OF THE WORK1. To construct a modified biopsychosocial consulting model suiting the Egyptian patient.2. To assess the differences between the two consulting models (biopsychosocial versus hospital model) regarding the efficacy and effectiveness on the outcome of type II diabetic patients.
