Two field trials were carried out at Gaziret Hanout, Kafr Sakr District, Sharkia Governorate, Egypt during 2003/2004 and 2004/2005 winter seasons to study the effect of phosphorus (0,15.5 and 31.0 kg P2O5/fad) and zinc (0, 5 and 10 kg ZnSO4
