Antioxidant levels in nasal mucosa of patients with chronic sinusitis

Antroxidants levels in Nasal Mucsa in patient of Chronic sinusitis and healthy controlsThis study carried out at Zagazig University Hospital at ENT Department and included 70 persons 50 were patients complaning of chronic sinusitis and 20 were healthy as control groups, we estimate the level of Gsh hormon and uric Acid in Nasal Mucsa in patients with chronic sinusitis during surgery for them and healthy groups as Antioxidant by spectro photometric.The aim of this study is to compare the level of antioxidant in patients and healthy group we found from the study reduced level of Gsh and uric acid in Nasal Mucsa in patients groups than healthy groups. And this study reflect an impaired antioxidant defense that may be associated with the pathogenesis of sinusitis.
