Abstract:
The present study aimed to find out the possible circadian rhythm of oxidative process by detecting markers of oxidation and inflammation in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Our results showed that CRP is not only a powerful inflammatory marker, but also directly participate in the inflammatory process of atherogenesis. Also the level of MDA considers a good monitoring marker of treatment. Also, ascorbic acid level was associated with an increased risk of MI and UA.
