Abstract:
Aim of this work is to study the Uterine leiomyomatas, the most common pelvic tumors, occur in 25-30% of women during their reproductive years. Approximately 20-50% of these women experience symptoms that require treatment Leiomyomas are described as being subserous, interstitial, and submucous according to their relationship to the peritoneal coat and to the endometrium. Their site is determined by the position of their origin and by the direction in which they grow.effects of uterine fibroids on reproductive outcome and different treatment options.
