Abstract:
The aim of the work is to give an overview about the recurrent early pregnancy loss regarding incidence, aetiology, and comparing old methods of management and evidence based management. Recurrent pregnancy loss is a troublesome problem for patients and physicians, in part because many different aberrant physiological problems are likely responsible. It is important to correctly classify RPL as occurring in the pre-embryonic and embryonic periods or the fetal periods given their differences in etiology and recurrence risk. Only about 50% of women with RPL have an identifiable etiology for their losses.
