Risk factors of intra-abdominal hypertension in surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Zagazig University Hospitals

The goal of this study is to demonstrate the benefit of early diagnosis of IAH and ACS and to identify risk factors in surgical ICU Zagazig University Hospitals. Objectives: 1- To identify common causes of abdominal compartment syndrome and to determine patients at risk. 2- To describe techniques for monitoring intra-abdominal pressure and to measure intravesical pressure as a reflection of IAP. 3- To outline the indicated treatment for abdominal compartment syndrome and to determine outcome of diagnosed cases.
