Abstract:
The present study is designed to examine and compare the neuromuscular blocking agents effects on:onset time, clinical duration, and intensity of neuromuscular block;spontaneous recovery time (T25% - 75% of T1);intubation conditions, and the hemodynamic profile;the dose of neostigmine for antagonizing the 3 agents blocks;in healthy adult patients undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia.
