The Aim Of This Study Is To Determine The Sensitivity And Specificity Of D-Dimer Assay In Detectting Left Atrial Thrombi Documented By Trnsoesophagcal Ecchocardiography In Patiients With Mitral Stenosis Undergoing Percutaneus Ballon Mitral Valvuloplasty, And Its Value In Follow Up Of These Patients.
