SPECIFIC DETECTION OF ASPERGILLUS IN BLOOD OF IMMUNO-COMPEROMIZED PATIENTS BY TWO STEP NESTED PCR

This study was designated to evaluate two step nested PCR as a new diagnostic modality not only for early specific detection of invasive aspergillosis in immuno-compromised patients but also for follow up of the patients of invasive aspergillosis after antifungal therapy.
