Abstract:
The aim of the study is to asses the sensitivity, specificity and the predictive values of the presence TID of the left ventricular cavity during MPI.We found that The sensitivity of exercise ECG to detect myocardial ischemia in comparison with coronary angiography in our study was (69.72%), specificity was (53.66%), positive prediction was (91.52%) and negative prediction was(19.82%).Regarding the SPCT finding in the studied patients we found that more than half of 185 patients (55.22%) had TID while 150 patients (44.78%) had no TIDRegarding the SSS finding ,normal score was found in 31 patients (9.25%), mild 63 patients (18.81%), moderate 170 patients (50.75% and severe in 71 patients (21.19%).
