Abstract:
The aim of the’ present study was to examinesome anthropometric measures in correlation with the bloodconcentration of lead, erythrocyte protoporphyrin, calcium, hemoglobinand pevin abused children.In order to carry out this work, 250 children were studied, their agesranged between 5-15 years and classified into two main group. Group 1,200 physically abused children who are working in different jobs as carstations, garages, painting (doco), battery factories and those in shelters.Group 2, non-abused (healthy) children. this group comprises 50 healthychildren living in areas away from contamination with lead as insuburban and rural areas.
