Abstract:
Aim of the workThis study will be done to put a spot light on the liver parameters in the prenatal, childhood and adolescence stages. Those parameters will be correlated with the changes in fetal abdominal circumference , age, sex, height, weight and body surface area. The suggested limits of the normal liver dimensions may be of diagnostic value in early diagnosis of hepatomegaly. Also the longitudinal diameter of the right kidney is recorded and correlated with the longitudinal diameter of the liver as it may be a simple and easy method to diagnose the mild hepatomegaly.
